First there is my most favorite superhero of all time, The Tick!
If you don't know, The tick is a comic book character turned cartoon and merchandise. He was created by a man named Ben Edlund. He started out in magazines somewhere in New England. I'm not sure exactly where. The comic is published by a company called New England Comics. Ben Edlund wrote 12 issues of the original series. Next there was Karma Tornado which was written by other people. Then came the cartoon, the toys, and all other merchandise related. Then there was Big Blue Destiny. Now there a two series, one is called Tick & Arthur, and the other is Tick: Heroes of the City. That is all I know. He also has a TV series that is going to be aired on FOX in February. If you want to know more go to my links page which has a link to the NEC homepage.
Second I have Lethargic Lad.
Lethargic Lad has been around since about 1988. I did not get interested in him until 1997 when I saw Lethargic Lad Adventures #1. At first he made me mad because of his uncanny resemblance to a character I made up only about three years before I saw him for the first time. He has his own online comic at: http://www.lethargiclad.com
Then there is Dial M for Monkey.
Dial M for Monkey is a secondary cartoon on Dexter's Laboratory. He has super-simian abilities. He has appeared along with the Justice Friends and Dexter in a robot suit. He has also fought Wrestlor, (who's voice was done by Macho Man Randy Savage. Ohhh-Yeah) an alien who was going to destroy the earth if he didn't find a worthy opponent. I have a couple Monkey pics along with some Dexter pics. Pretty nifty ones if I do say so myself. Dexter's Lab can be viewed on Cartoon Network.

Next there is Speed Racer.
Everyone knows that Speed Racer is a sort of anime cartoon from Japan. But one thing I bet you didn't know is that it was a comic book first called Mach Go Go. Speed's original name was Go Mifune, that's why he has the "G" on his shirt. Someone tried to do a newer, spiffier version of Speed in the early '90's (I think it was Fox network). Even though it may seem hard, I think they made him even more lame. Come on, if the Mach 5 doesn't have that hydraulic thing in the bottom and can turn into a submarine, you have a problem. If Spritle isn't trying to tag along on each adventure where is the humor? Give me the original lame episodes any day. I only have a few pics, some of Speed, and one of that mysterious Racer X. Who later on you find out that he is Speed's long lost older brother, Rex Racer.

After that is Freakazoid.
Freakazoid rocks! That's all there is to it. He can be watched on the Cartoon Network. He used to be on the WB, but he got moved. As you may know Freakazoid is actually Dexter Douglas, a computer geek to say the least. Who woulda thought that typing a series of numbers and pushing the Delete key would suck you into cyberspace. Freakazoid has many supporting characters and evil villains. Every week you can enjoy the whims of such characters as, Fanboy, and Sergeant Cosgrove.

Sixth is Earthworm Jim.
Ga-roovy! Earthworm Jim has appeared in three video games of his own for 4 platforms: 1 N64, 2 SNES, 2 Sega, 1 computer (he has also made cameo appearances.) He also had a short lived cartoon series. You can probably rent the videos of the episodes at your local video rental place. Earthworm Jim is not on Cartoon Network, yet. But he is still a cool character with a cool cartoon.

Next in line is Space Ghost.
You know him, you love him. He has his own talk show on Cartoon Network. Before that though He had at least two series. First, he was all alone. It was just him, his Ghost Ship, and all those corny bad guys. The next series added Jan and Jace. This version included Space Ghost, Jan, Jace, Blip, the Phantom Cruiser, and all of his corny bad guys. He was also part of a cartoon show which included such characters as The Hurculoids and Birdman.

The reason I got Cartoon Network. This one should have been higher on the list but it's hard to find downloads sometimes.

The Thundercats come next.
Thunder, thunder, thunder, Thundercats hoooo! My almost favorite cartoon of all time. The Thundercats always saved the day, even if Lion-O was doing some sort of test he would take time to kick some Mutant butt. Even if WilyKit and WilyKat were playing games they would stop having fun, just so they could fight. If Cheetara was on the other side of Third Earth she would run and get to the battle in about the time it took for the rest of the Thundercats to get there from Cat's Lair. And if Panthro and Tygra were working on something at the Cat's Lair they would stop what they were doing and go to the fight.
